That life take 3- Be present . Dare to dream

Everyday you’re alive, you’re making it. Keep your mind sharp and busy. Depend on yourself, but know when to look for help. Your emotions tell you what is on your mind, but they should not dictate who you are. Who you are is entirely up to you. For a while finding yourself is hard. You have your parents telling you exactly who you should be and the more you experience life you will question how just what makes you, you. People will know where you are in life, but they won’t know where you came from.

The things you have are temporary so do not depend on them for happiness. There are a lot of variables in this life and the only person you should be able to count on is you. Try to keep calm at all times. A mind in distress isn’t much help .Ever try finding your keys when they’re right in front of you? Or looking for your phone when it’s in your hand? If you do not live in the now your mind will forget and will not observe the things that are present and happening.

Your mind can also play tricks on you. Research shows that you might not remember the past exactly as it happened.Your mind will try to fill in the blanks. And the future? Well that’s for the taking. However, your present determines how your future will play out.

Find happiness in the smallest but most significant details. Even when it’s hard to love, keep on loving. A smile can make someone’s day.

If you’re a talker , keep on talking, if you’re a writer, keep on writing. Dare to dream and believe it will happen. Make it happen.

That life take 2 – thoughts on the train

I feel like i’m on a free fall and there is no ground to hit. Sometimes you want to seem invisible knowing you’re not. There’s a whole world happening around you that sometimes you want to feel  like you’re on the outside looking in ; you’re aware but it doesn’t affect you.Sometimes you want to walk in a place and have the world’s attention on you.

People are observing you and drawing conclusions and trying to look into a life they do not know. With a million people around you , you can still be alone. Have you ever walked into a New York crowd? Life as an observer is lonely. The energy of the masses affect you little or not at all . Ever gone to a party and sat on the corner?

a minute might seem like it goes on forever and forever might seem like it went on for a minute.

Sometimes your mind wanders and at times it is extremely focused. At times thoughts flow effortlessly and at times we force ourselves to think.

That life take 1

You’re not always ready to face life challenges head on but is it really an option?
What if life takes all the things that makes you feel secure away?
What would you do then?
Is there a reset button on this thing we call life? Can’t I hit force quit?
Can I revert to an older version of this file and go back to being this clueless and senseless 14 year old even if life wasn’t that great?
But as a 14 year old i had already lived and seen too much .Things that I can’t take back, people I let have their way, people I hurt ,people that hurt me,If i could go back as far as 3 it would make a difference. I had lived 3 years worth of my life that i can’t recall.Happy moments and ugly moments ;it’s that life that feels like it didn’t even exist. And even if I could remember, would i want to?
If the only option you had to erase a timeline of bad decisions, of bad breakups, of bad people is to take away your first love, your first house, the memory of your family, would you do it?To live life in the moment and as soon as that a moment is gone, completely forget?
To look in the mirror and see the years have gone by and done their damage but not recollect how it went?
That is such a life of a person with Alzheimer’s. Even if my life feels terrible, i’m glad I know exactly why.
Even with all the angst I have and with a fire inside me that burns me, I do not let it consume me,
Even if i write my life in a piece of paper and i watch it burn , I am not that paper. And that part of life didn’t miraculous disappear .The actions I make in ,my life have consequences on those i have learned to love ,those i have yet to love, and those i will never love. My life is precious because my loved ones and those i will never know are just as precious. And if life is too much take a few minutes everyday to just imagine yourself floating in space or immersed in water in the middle of the ocean ;no one can get to you there.

The Secret

The Secret is a best-selling 2006 self-help book written by Rhonda Byrne, based on the earlier film of the same name. It is based on the law of attraction , that thoughts have frequency. It states that you must think positively and you must coordinate your life to events you want to happen. For instance, you want a car so you must get a garage first. You want to get married, you buy a king sized bed. You want to make space in your life for things you hope for so when they come they have a place to be.

The Secret says that the world’s smartest and most successful people are aware about the law of attraction. That’s why they talk so much about things like vision boards; once you envision what you want for your life and make a conscious note of it , you are emitting that frequency to the world and

When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it (The Alchemist).

For Whom the Bell Tolls

For Whom the Bell Tolls is a novel by Ernest Hemingway published in 1940. It tells the story of Robert Jordan, a young American in the International Brigades attached to a republican guerrilla unit during the Spanish Civil War. As a dynamiter, he is assigned to blow up a bridge during an attack on the city of Segovia. He falls in love with Maria , a young Spanish girl.

The book’s title is taken from the metaphysical poet John Donne’s series of meditations and prayers on health, pain, and sickness.

“No man is an Iland, intire of it selfe; every man is a peece of the Continent, a part of the maine; if a Clod bee washed away by the Sea, Europe is the lesse, as well as if a Promontorie were, as well as if a Mannor of thy friends or of thineowne were; any mans death diminishes me, because I am involved in Mankinde; And therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; It tolls for thee.”

Beginner Bodybuilding for Teens! Upper Body

Some of us want to change the way we look, many people are uncomfortable or ashamed of their own body. People are embarrassed when they look at the mirror seeing that they’re either too thin or too thick, some want to look like body builders and feel strong. First, what is bodybuilding?

Bodybuilding is the use of progressive resistance exercise to control and develop one’s musculature. An individual who engages in this activity is referred to as a bodybuilder. In professional bodybuilding, bodybuilders appear in lineups and perform specified poses (and later individual posing routines) for a panel of judges who rank the competitors based on criteria such as symmetry, muscularity, and conditioning. Bodybuilders prepare for competitions through a combination of intentional dehydration, elimination of nonessential body fat, and carbohydrate loading to achieve maximum vascularity, as well as tanning to accentuate muscular definition.

Many of us want to look buff and big, is it difficult? Yes, it is! Impossible? NO of course not, but it is all up to your time and effort to see changes and progress in the future.
